Unser Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von 319,34qm und mit der Kniestockerhöhung auf 2m hat man fast keine Schrägen und kann die Möbel frei stellen. Das Haus ist in Richtung Süd-Ost ausgerichtet und durch die bodentiefen Fenster gelangt viel Licht ins Haus.
Noch ein paar Infos zur Farbgebung. Unsere Dachziegeln werden dunkelrot und die Schalung, Pfetten und Sparren haben wir in weiß gewählt. Bei der Fassadenfarbe haben wir uns für einen Weißton entschieden, wobei die Haustür und Fenster anthrazit werden.
