Mittlerweile schreiben wir das Jahr 2018, es ist Anfang Mai und es ist noch nichts passiert. 🙁 👿 , rein gar nichts.
Wir hatten die naive Vorstellung, dass die Erschließung im Frühjahr beginnt, sodass wir im Spätsommer mit bauen anfangen können. Leider ist dies nicht der Fall. 🙁
Die Verträge mit unserem Baupartner sowie der Bankkredit sind selbstverständlich schon geschlossen, da wir von anderen Tatsachen ausgegangen sind. Uns bleibt nicht anderes übrig, als auf die Erschließung zu warten und weiterhin Druck zu machen.
